Honestly, I think it was warranted. Zoe seems like a Kalista/Azir case to me.

Not really overwhelming if played by the average player and maybe even considered weak. But an absolute beast dominating everything if truly mastered.

she had 47-48% winrate before nerf. no she didnt. its only going to end up leading to her getting over buffed next go around.

Win rate does not fully describe champion strength, particularly with new champions.

That's her average winrate, which you shouldn't be looking at to measure her strength right now. She is pretty hard to play at full potential.

Look at the leaderboards, the people who mastered her. Over 61% winrate for these people. Even for mains, that's really high. She is a case like Kalista and Azir in the past.

So hard to play that the average winrate is inflated, but if you master her she is an unstoppable beast.

For clarification, no he’s not dumpstered or trash tier (it’ll take a lot to hit his release state) by him losing on 2% max health damage. He had received constant buffs since his release and this is his first nerf, i believe. He’s fine, nowhere near trash.
