Question for riot
When you're making champions like malzahar who is currently in a unbalanced state do you release him knowing he will be a problem, or do you release him believe he is balanced?

kaellidor1 votesthey know its not balanced. it sells skins and stuff. they said something along the lines of making every champ OP one time or another when they nerfed sej back last summer when cinderhulk was popular. they buff and nerf them outrageous amounts to force the meta to change so it doesn't get to stale... kinda sucks that it has to happen this way in my opinion.
