Grasp of the Undying (idea for preseason)

Hey guys was looking through the preseason rune changes and it is a bit more lacking than I expected. I just wanted to throw around the idea that Grasp could be able to proc against large and epic monsters at 50% effectiveness which can allow more tank/bruiser options in the jungle.
