Why is Poppys win rate so low?
I don't understand according to Champion.gg she is sitting around a 45% in both jungle and top lane yet she feels extremely strong in both lanes.

For the same reason LeBlanc's winrate is so low.
A government conspiracy. Dark magicks. An ancient secret. A mystery of the universe.
She is the op assassain midlaner, Combos: Q R W E E R Q W W R E Q E Q R W E Q W R
costs 450 IP so everyone buys her...
because she doesn´t posses all that much dmg threat later on in the game and most people have no clue how to peel/initiate in teamfights, though that´s her main strength.
I was going to say this. Her primary strength lies in denial/peeling, which most players simply aren't very good at. I've played her a handful of games, and have had some success with her. Though I find I really have to be on the ball to get the most out of her kit; any game during which I'm rather unfocused, I tend to do very poorly.

I beg to differ about her not providing damage. A poppy with a halfway reasonable build can wall slam an ADC and 100-0 them during the CC.
a poppy with that build fighting a halfway reasonable adc will die long before she can position him and her in a way that allows for a wall-slam.
A lot of that data is from pre-hotfix buff, so that makes it look lower than it really is. Also, this is the first patch of her rework and people are still trying to get their legs playing her.
I think her winrate will be noticeably higher next patch.
in toplane she is really shitty and in jungle, even tho shes really good, soloQ isnt really her environment because she requires more teamwork
I think a lot of it has to do with her late game playstyle.
She's a pretty big bully in lane and when fighting in later skirmishes, but there is little to no opportunity to use her ult in getting kills. I see her kit as being like Yorick: good damage and sustain, but after laning there's not much usable synergy with the rest of the team. Yorick and Poppy are both very fun and often strong early on, but the lack of a burst damage or hard cc ultimate ability makes both of them less useful in many teamfight situations.
Her winrate goes up to 48% in the higher ranks, because players there are better at making plays around her kit, but by default she is not a 'play-making' champion in the sense that assassins are. Even other popular tanks like Garen and Malphite have ults that deal heavy damage and do more to a teamfight than just give the enemy team a free escape. Having a defensive ult that pushes an enemy team back is helpful, but usually just when you're losing, and by then the odds of you winning later are already statistically low in season 6 especially.
It's mostly just the fact that all of her hard CC is very conditional. Her ulti is also mostly used for the pop up, but it still goes on ridiculous cooldown when you use it just for that, despite the fact that it's not justified. Fully charged casts are justified in the Cooldown because of how game changing it is for teamfights.
Winrates doesn't effect any champion, it shows if champ geting broken like skarner rework, never seen skarner 60%, it americal!
Poppy jungle is really good here is what I build on my last game:
Not sure about this, You cant see my match history.
Why'd you build gauntlet and Triforce? They don't stack.
What does not stack on both?
sheen effect removed
good on poppy.
The double damage proc from Triforce. It'd probably be better to get something like Titanic Hydra.
Her autos will look ugly, other items?

What does not stack on both?
sheen effect removed
good on poppy.
Triforce still has its sheen effect.
RLLY? IN EUNE GAME I DIDINT GET SHEEN EFFECT IS THAT BUG>
because shes a new and everyone plays her. and most people are bad at the game. including me. its just that most people are even worse than me. shes a great champ 72% winrate with poppy over 30 matches.
She's weird.
W requires good prediction and timing to juke dashes. E is tough to score a stun like it always has been and if used poorly causes you to charge into danger. Ult has a lot of varied uses but if you use it incorrectly you can cause more harm than good for your team.
I think she's fine but a lot of people are hopping into this new kit and doing things like charging her ult to full and then whiffing it because the opponent saw what was going on when she only wants a zero-charge ult to set up a kill.
Well she is still new so people might still be learning her, but I see it mainly for two reasons:
1.) People are still building AD items on her when she's a tank. All her skills synergize better with her being tanky and providing utility. She also can get extremely tanky very easily thanks to her passive and her W passive.
2.) The ultimate is game changing but only in a coordinated team. Being able to create scenarios where your team can engage a fight 5 vs 4 or 5 vs 3 will win your the game but only if people actually follow up. All too often Poppy's in solo queue have to use their ultimate to peel instead at the end of a fight that turned south.
Simple answer, she has a kit that can easily fuck your own team over
Accidentally shunting/ulting enemies to safety is a thing that happens and as someone who plays new poppy quite a bit, I still find myself in a few "whoops" situations with her
because winrates mean nothing in a 5v5 game.
It is the first patch. Very few people actually know how to play her yet. Watch. It will increase next patch.
