The four-stacked target is the only one that got the fifth. You didn't get 5-stack Hemorrhage yet. You need to get 5-stack Hemorrhage BEFORE you can spread it.
You didn't. You applied it at the same time.
Sure it's a nerf but that's the way it should have been. Shouldn't make a huge impact anyways. And if it's that much of an issue, they can add it back as an intended feature/exception.
Like sure Darius didn't really need nerfs, but I don't see an issue with fixing something that is currently a bug by the standard he's supposed to work. If they want to make it an intended feature, I'd be fine with that and thus it being added back.
But as it stands RIGHT NOW, it is a bug, hence the fix.
If they wanted to add it, they could make it like "If Decimate applies a fifth stack of Hemorrhage to at least one enemy champion, Darius additionally applies full Hemorrhage stacks to all other enemy champions hit by the blade."
That'd be fine. I'm not saying he needed it to be removed. It doesn't matter. All I'm stating is it is currently a bug with the way his kit is written.

It is a bugfix is the most pure sense of the term.

"When Darius triggers Noxian Might by applying 5 passive stacks, he can only apply 1 stack to any new target with his Q"
