A non-damaging-AP-ratio-amplifier item for AP supports?

I think almost everyone agrees that itemization for utility/AP supports is kinda lackluster.

These supports scale with AP but can't afford big AP items because they need the utility given by support items item 3222 item 3050 item 3174 item 3092 and don't need the utility given by the expensive mage items item 3151 item 3100 item 3285 item 3089.

This leads to AP supports being completely underpowered in term of AP due to the lack of AP in their itemization. The big AP items focus too much on damage and huge AP accumulation, which support respectively don't need and can't reach.

What supports need is a big AP item designed to promote their existing utility. Think of it as a "utility rabadon":

##Archbishop's Miter item 3113 + item 1026 + 400g 80 AP 10% movement speed UNIQUE Passive - Cleric's aid: All your non-damaging AP ratios are multiplied by 50%

Aside from the fact that it would push champions like soraka and janna over the edge this item could easily be abused by a ton of mid laners; ex. Ahris passive ex. Karma mid is gona become a thing ex. Oriana's sheild

Lack of ap in ap support itemization is done on purpose. IF support ap itemization was as good as mid lanes, u would start seeing mid lane mages as supports and traditional ap supports like nami and lulu would get pushed out. If you ask me the ap itemization for support is pretty decent. frost queens, athenes as well as ardent censor are all decent items. crucible doesnt give ap, and is built by tank supports too, i dont know why you put it up there.

I don't think many mages would actually get this item when they have better items for them. It's supposed to be a somewhat late game item, since it's better when you already have a bit of AP. At this point, I think Ahri or Orianna would prefer a Rabadon. Consider that it doesn't give mana nor mp5, making it a bad choice in the early game. For Janna or Soraka, small nerfs can smooth the edges if needed.

The change to Athene's was actually really great but I honestly think AP supports still lack diversity. Tank supports can take whatever tank item they want because they work great on them, AP supports can't really get any mage item because it's too much damage-focused.

I was happy with the introduction of ardent censer but it's too situational and feels underwhelming compared to what a mage item, say Luden's, gives. The damage on-hit doesn't even scale, neither with AP nor level...

(I put Mikael because it's an item that's useful on AP supports as well, even if it doesn't give AP. It actually prooves further that AP supports have a big AP itemization problem.)
