What? Azir is balanced.

Hes actually onhe of the only champions who has a mechanical skill floor required to play him effectively. IMO he needs to be able to use his Q and E in some form whithout requiring a sand soldier.

Hes got a case of extreme mechanical difficulty. While he can do a TON of cool things, his mechanical difficulty is one of the highest in the game. hes an actual case of "hes hard to play, so hes balanced". Its why you dont see people buy him and dominate with him from the get go, like the current meta.
