What were you thinking with Xayah?

She can spam Q for a good amount of damage which effectively zone you out of much farming at low mana cost (you nerfed Lucian's range precisely for that reason, and MF's doubleup damage even though it actually takes some skill to pull off and not nearly as oppressive,) an ult that removes you from the map, safe from harm, only to hurl down another crap load of goddamn feathers, at which point all you have to do is auto -> E for a free root, which for some reason does a ton of damage. You build her around attack speed, but you gave her strengths of a caster. The result is a busted marksman that works well with and against any bot lane matchup. So let's go ahead and nerf Jhin again and make him even More useless :D

It's honestly as if your balance team doesn't play this game.

They are completely aware of this. Any new champion it seems.. especially an ADC will always be over tuned on release just enough so that it doesn't warrant a hotfix but enough to entice players to buy, master, and buy the skins too. Just look at lethality back in February over tuned and a majority of the blood moon skin additions benefited and were meta for the whole duration.. see they are smart and they out play** US **every time. They "plan" these cycles months prior im guessing its honestly a disgusting marketing strategy. Only thing i dislike about this game and its company unfortunately. Ofc a rioter will NEVER speak on this as it would most likely cost them their job if they had no permission to speak on it im assuming..

I'm sorry but Xayah isn't good against a lot of the meta marksmen. Her damage is a lot more delayed than other ADCs, and while it can be high, a late game Xayah vs most other meta late game ADCs is a really difficult fight. She has tons of counterplay(sidestepping her feathers practically avoids all her damage, since most of it is tied into E). A Twitch, Draven, or Caitlyn will destroy her. But if you really need tips to play against Xayah, don't chase her. That's literally what she wants. If you're not chasing her she's out on damage, kiting backwards is how you win as Xayah, so if they're not playing your game, you're screwed. Unless they're just standing still in which case they want you to root them and pump out more damage.

You can stay behind minions because her Q doesn't deal any damage beyond the first hit in the early game

If your problem is her E, you can sidestep it and make her run to try and get the angle back to actually hit you

Her cooldowns are a bit low, but I don't think she's overpowered.

You probably just got stomped by one and are salty, which is fine we're all guilty of being salty. But I feel it is 110% true the balance team doesn't play the game, it takes them way too many reddit posts to nerf something,.
