riot manages to snowball even their lore events.

the amount of people voting ony for the 1000 blue essence is incredible.

they look who is already ahead, and has the larger player base from the start and base their vote on it to secure the essence. this alone will be enough to be the deciding factor this year.

instead of letting undecided people vote on their gut feeling, you place a bounty on it, and give them incentive to vote for the highest chance option, which will give following people even more incentive to vote for the same option. nice one.

actually, there were a ton of comments so far from people ive seen that said "i vote darius, because hes probably going to win and i want the essence"

a bunch of them outright said from the start, they would have voted garen, but hes probably not going to win and they want the essence.

a large portion of the people who vote, just vote the most likely option for the bounty. this is probably going to make up at least 10% of the population who are participating in the event. likely even more.

maybe, i saw his before the event on various message boards people saying they want to vote for garen but darius will probs win. Even knowing that failure was the most likely outcome i still voted for garen. im wondering if what you say is true now what caused garen to ever have the lead he had on the first day.

too many edgy skins in the game, which is a shame since garen skin is nice compared to project darious/fiora

i just find it incredible that none of the rioters who are responsible have seen this coming.
