Free dodge / disable or warn teammates who ban the champion you declare?

I feel this is kinda dumb when you declare you want to play a champion, and a teammates ban it. I usually dodge this, because it is simply frustrating. At least, they should get a warning: "Do you really want to ban a champion your teammate declared?" Thanks.
