Ok Electrocute can be a perfectly balanced rune on fizz, leblanc when they have to use 2 of their abilities and 1 aa. Like for instance in order for fizz to harras in lane he has to Q+aa+W but zed? W+E+Q and no autoattack! and chunks half of your HP without even putting himself in a dangerous spot + fizz and leblanc use mana, zed doesn't.

that has nothing with being bad or good. zed never had such a power spike early game.

i said W+E+Q or maybe when he hits Q in shadow that's like 2 Qs, i don't know, he just procs it if he hits it.
