What if there was a Conquerer, but for mages?

Just something that popped into my head, not trying to argue for anything.

It would probably have to proc on spells, rather than autos.

It might not have true damage or even a flat boost to AP; maybe it could be a percent boost to magic damage.

What do you guys think?

If there was a Conqueror for mages it would be, like....1% true damage, 5 max hp, and 2 move speed.

hmmmm maybe even decreasing cost of the spels per successful hits?

KogMaw would break it and the caster adc's would steal it

They said something about Maokai and other AP tanks abusing this when they were testing Conqueror (thus why Conq only gives AD and not adaptive). Probably the same issue here.

We need a anti conquer for tanks. Reduce damage by % increasing for every second of combat after 4 with an enemy champions up to 25% reduction, taking or dealing damage as melee refreshes.

yeah like maybe they could have a boot enchant keystone in sorcery that drops a pickup buff (or multiple pickup buffs??) that slows and amps dmg.
