Is the shopkeeper related to Teemo?
On summoner's rift I mean. He looks like an older version of Teemo.

The not-a-ghost shopkeeper on Howling Abyss is Lyte, Ezreal's Uncle. I think that's the only confirmed connection any champion has to a shopkeeper.
