Is there any real methods towards counterplaying Udyr?

The only counter there is, is hard CC. 5 man cc and guarantee he will die, if he is alone that is.

Just kite him, he has no ranged abilities and no gap closers.

ward up so he won't pop out from around a corner and slap you stand behind your bruisers so he can't just charge at you and slap you hit him with slows, snares, and any other kind of cc that will slow down his movement

Snare him (or stun him).

High attack speed teemo counters him realy well also zac counters tanky champs

Basically CC him before he CC's you. Anti-juggernaut strategies also work.
