you have to be that high to say that. Mundo and soraka are the 2 most obnoxious champ to play against right now. I rather play against yasuo than them.

Obnoxious =/= Overpowered.

As much as I hate obnoxious champions I'd rather face them than a champion that is overtuned. At least then, while it's annoying to no end, you have a chance of winning.

I could see Soraka possibly being overtuned simply because of how easy it is to kite right now, but Mundo honestly feels underpowered to me. He's just so easy to stop.

Sure he can run away and heal up, but that's an obnoxious mechanic, not an OP one. If he stands there and fights he'll drop without dealing too much damage.

To put it simply any situation Mundo is strong in is a situation where a different bruiser or tank could be stronger, and any situation Mundo is weak in is a situation where a different bruiser or tank could still be useful in. Mundo is firmly in the obnoxious category.

Tahm can use his E and run away, but thats an obnoxious mechanic, not an OP one. If he stands there and fights hell drop without dealing too much damage.

Mortal Reminder is absolutely devastating against Soraka if the person with Mortal Reminder is actually attacking Soraka. Which is, you know, logical. You shouldn't be able to totally shut down one champion by attacking only their allies.
