Kick players in champ select

Can we please have to option to kick players in champ select? We've all experienced the people who didn't get the role they wanted so they choose something like Ashe jungle or Janna top. Now, i'm not saying it's bad for people to play those kinds of things, but when they have no idea how to play it and are playing it just to troll, it's a problem. So please, let us have to option to remove those players from our games, they get kicked from the champ select, the queue is remade as if someone had left, and the player that was kicked has to wait a minute to queue again. The more that they get kicked, the worse their punishment becomes. It's not fair for one of the players, who is sportsmanlike, to have to dodge and take the queue punishment. There are some people that will argue that this could be abused when a 4 man group joins with a solo player and they don't like that that player has taken the role that one of the players in their 4 man queue wanted. That's why it starts off at just a 1 minute queue wait, and after say, 3 kicks in 10 queues, the punishment goes up. Those are just example numbers, nothing more nothing less. Just there to help explain it.
