Seriously, look at the pros:
- Sustained damage
- Burst Damage
- Mobility
- Has poke
- Hard and soft CC
- Durability
- Redo Button
- Single Target Damage
- AoE Damage
- Synergizes with both on-hit and on-spell effects
- Good base damage
- Good scaling
- Low cool downs
What Ekko needs is to have parts of his kit REMOVED and then the remaining parts buffed to compensate so he doesn't have everything except a ranged basic attack.
