varus. buff and twisted fate buff idea

hello since ashe and varus are pretty much the weakest adcs in the game and also how people say twisted fate is not a viable adc and or weak and squishy in general . well here are some idea first this is mostly a varus thing but since he has 0 movement speed and his passive is useless, but i think his ult should be global like gangplanks ult, but a modification if one didnt like it maybe you could charge it to make it go further or even just like bards ult. as far as tf is concerned i think his basic attack range should be farther because everything about him makes him a adc i mean the self attack speed buff the scale of ad on his w makes him stronger then ashe and varus in a way if his basic attack range was 575 or 600 instead of 500 that would counter his fact he has to rely on his aa and his w save him from the wrath of supports or adcs who are stronger. thank you riot
