Can we end top lane fighter oppression?

For the pat few months, top lane fighters have been in oppression. They have been faced with tanks rushing bramble vest to make their sustain irrelevant. These same tanks have been outtrading the bruisers in the laning phase while being more useful in teamfights. Bruisers also had to deal with an ardent censer support meta, which made diving an adc in a teamfight near impossible. Due to bruiser itemization being very expensive, they can’t match a snowballing enemy adc even if they are fed themselves, causing them to have no impact. Please end their suffering.
