Like you see a champ whos feeding with no Items and they some how jump on you and kill you in 1 second or something like that.
I get this all the time, I often see champs dealing insane damage with no items.
For example I just had a 5/10 jax with 
and he did 1/2 of my HP as veigar (1000 damage ish) with a Q, W, E
, this piece of shit always surprises me with it's "balanced" damage.
Nope. I played this game too long to be surprised by anything.

I can feed my ass off, once I get 2 items I can straight up 100-0 anyone with a full combo (as long as they don't have mr)
Taric, which is part of the reason I play him. He can do some serious chunking if he gets on top of you.
Evelynn damage always catches me off guard, especially when I never do half that when I play her

I'm sure we all have been surprised before. Watch for the items and respect the power spikes. Veigar is pretty squishy and having a Jax jump on you with three items(kind of late in the game) would kill you pretty fast I like it though. It forces me to have map awareness and better positioning
I mean, I don't get surprised anymore but a lot of "fed" people decide to just come top and 1v1 them without seeing that they've got 250 cs at 30 minutes despite their 0/3 score. All in all, they're probably effectively only down 1 item but usually have a level advantage from the afk solo farm. On top of their niche as duelists.
