Considering all their melee reworks seem to just make them suck more, do you really want them to rework them anyway? I'd count it as a blessing.

Were all in line for reworks, too, and of those only about half have made progress in that department. Almost all of those weren't even priority.

lol yeah. Rengar had some toxicity and balance issues, but Sion, Viktor, and Xerath all did their job pretty fucking well. Sion being the weakest/hardest to work into a teamcomp of the bunch, but Xerath was fucking fine. And they wrecked his scaling.

Old Sion was way better than this new one that is all Riot's vaunted "counterplay" (read: the thing we give to champions we don't want people to play) and no effectiveness. Nearly every single rework Riot has done has made champions worse, but that's kind of their point. Not, you know, actually producing a viable champion.

I guess the Xerath one was also acceptable.
