So predictable, so sad.

And like he really need to be pushed more towards deleting squishies without counterplay, instead of being able to duel more generally. This seems like it will only cause more problems than it will help.

300 (+200% AD)?... is this real? So his Q is gonna be an execute now?? hmmm

D357R0Y3R35 votes

It already is an execute, but instead of dealing more damage to tanks (8% missing health damage) it deals flat damage

Death by Glamour1 votes

but instead of dealing more damage to tanks what are those?

is he actually doing that badly just now, tbh I imagined that they would end up giving him a unique jungle item to replace the warding one that was removed

Leetri2 votes

Around 48% win rate globally.

Hügö6 votes

Which is ok for his allways high playrate.

It already was an execute. This will increase it's execute damage on squishies, while possibly decreasing it against tanks.

450 (+300% AD) actually if you count both Q1 and Q2. Good to know that he's getting an ultimate-level in terms of damage execute on a basic ability.

CppL2 votes

well worlds are coming ,he needs to be played.

Bisaknosp22 votes

these numbers look retarded lol cant they fix his no counterplay r q combo before they give him that amount of damage? ik he aint good atm but his early and mid vs squishy comps can still be godlike

Int Like Rickon2 votes

Have you tried not walking into melee range? That seems like inherent counter-play to a low range skill...

Ahpe19 votes

Yes classic counterplay to so many champions.

"Don't get too close."

He could always just Q to you then wait for Q to be up, R then Q again.

Most Lee Sins' build 30% CDR so he would only have to wait 5 seconds for his next Rank 5 Q to come back up while he E2'd so you can't get away.

Aram Mama 5 votes

yeah,he doesent even have to hit Q he can just dash on his ward slow you with E and kick you like the animal , if you have dash/blink/flash he just marks you with Q and waits out so he can follow you and execute you.

That guy also seemed to forget the fact that Lee Sin has 345 base movement where as most other champions have 325-335.

we don't balance only around pro play

here now you stand corrected

if they only balanced around pro wukong wouldn't have got nerfed

Blåbæret20 votes

Don't understand why this cancer champion even exists. Back to permaban then.

Witch of Babylon10 votes

Lee Sin doesn't even look like cancer compared to the other cancers

Faceroll Tactics17 votes

He was the original cancer, before Yasuo, before Zoe, before Ghostcrawler, before Quinn, before them all.

GayFluffyUnicorn8 votes

Lee sin was THE OG cancer champ. Overloaded way too forgiving kit and one of the first champs who should have been reworked but the community outcry stopped ritos plans.

He exists to keep assassins off of the ADC if played correctly. Why are you people so against protecting the ADC?

saltran15 votes

Rito balances only for the very big LC$ big plays and doesn't care about the 99% of the players I'm extremly disapppointed, I hate the balance team and I love the Gameplay Boards, also EA bad.

(Fuck, this is bad for KT since Score isn't a Lee Sin player, I hate you Rito and this time I will side with the circlejerk)

DlXON2 votes

I mean didn't they nerf wu? Wasn't that a solo queue nerf?

Flemman13 votes

I don't like when there is a "based on target missing health" on a spell description.

It's just so vague, how much % health did the enemy need to miss to reach 200%?

I'm going to presume it's the same as Veigar's missing health mechanic.

The spell will do maximum damage if the target is at 33% or less HP.

DorkunedAuras1 votes

It's direct 1:1. For every 1% the opponent is missing, gain 1% damage.

Flemman1 votes

If it's the case then how do you reach 200%

InTheory1 votes

0% missing health = 100% bAD

Flemman2 votes

obviously, so 100% missing health (dead) is 200% bAD

can you see where i come from with the vague "scale with missing health" problem

InTheory1 votes

It is at least possible. Taking Jhin's R as example which is noted as 25% increased damage per 10% missing health (exact numbers are given) that go up to 250% at 100% missing health.

But I know where you're coming from and it is important to know what an abilities threshhold is. Same is going to be with Akali's new R where I don't have information about the threshholds yet either.

DorkunedAuras1 votes

Riot typically specifies if the ability doesn't scale 1:1 with missing HP (like Veigar's ult). If it doesn't specify, it's assumed it's just 1:1

InTheory2 votes

Do you have Shaco? If so, could you jump into practice tool to check the ability tooltip for his e which has a 0.5% damage increase per 1% missing health.

LegitBusinessman9 votes

This is literally the stupidest crap I've ever seen.

Leto GT7 votes

It's just forcing tank and bruiser build into pure AD. Which makes it him even less playable in proper scene imo.

Aram Mama 2 votes

Same happened with reksai.

DorkunedAuras2 votes

Which is exactly what the Rek'Sai mains wanted. They want to be a high damage diver, not some fucking knockup bot. And if you ask the Rek'Sai mains, we're happy with her right now.

Aram Mama 2 votes

reksai has mains?

PaffWasTaken7 votes

this thing is actually nastier than getting shanked by a glass shard coming from a broken window back in chernobyl

Vlada Cut6 votes

100% bonus damage WTF?! Is balance team drunk again?! [zombie-brand-mindblown]

Velasan5 votes

With so many things already broken can we just let Lee be weaker for one season. It's okay if he's not "top tier" in every single season.

lolipopevelynn3 votes

To be fair these buffs are pretty insane and will also effect solo q. Assassin lee sin is back.

LibroMastro3 votes

Yup, i'll keep the game uninstalled

Jaygo413 votes

But Lee Sin is balanced. Why do this? Like, what's the point?

JackMcSnipeyz2 votes

Lee has been pretty weak espacially in the LCS for a looong time now, a year+.

I'm not saying the buff is healthy, but stop pretending like there is an agenda, lee has been out of the spotlight for ages, i barely see him even in normals.

Stopwatch

Time of activation pushed to later in the game.

In patch 8.4, we pushed the activation time of Stopwatch to 10 minutes because its prevalence in professional play was delaying or inhibiting early action. In 8.10 we tried a lower value (8 minutes), but we've begun observing the same impact on pro play, so we're reverting those changes. ACTIVATION TIME 8 minutes ⇒ 10 minutes

not ONE word mentions ranked play, even toward master/challengers. It's 100% toward "pro play".

Lee is probably the same case, he's already pretty strong when he gets ahead. Let's see him get a ban rate like Yasuo.
