Rengar's Empowered E is still bugged
Sometimes if you use e with 4 stacks right next to an enemy your empowered e is in cooldown.
EDIT: Did not see report a bug category so i posted on gameplay...

Dreadlocks1 votesIt also happends that if you have 5 stacks and use empowered E sometimes ur normal E goes on cd as well. I've only had this problem within the first 3 levels tho idk if it's coincidence or not.
