Now at low elos he is braindead. But at high elos he takes a lot of game knowledge to make work.

Not necessarily. Jax is mostly an all in champion. Yi's a better example as he literally has no escape while jax can always wardhop out. All in champions are mostly statcheck and require a lot of understanding of when you're strong enough to go all in and how to do it (after opponent burns some escape spells in general).
They're usually easy to play in low elo because people have no clue how to play against those, and actually hard in high elo, because they are so damn straightforward and predictable the opponent must make obvious mistakes to die. Jax to a lesser extent than Yi, Garen, Darius? as he's more mobile but still.
Meanwhile the rest of champions are more like, do your trade from range or if melee back off with your escape.

ok whos smurfing1 votesI mean if you went into a game with good players and tried to play jax you probably wouldnt make it out of laning. He requires foresight and build up to his items which is negligible in lower elo because bad players cant punish it. Then again most low elo jax players just jump at people dont pay attention and die.
If you have an issue with jax its probably just you.

Darius may be weak, but his passive dmg is enough to cheese you. I played yesterday Jax into Fiora and almost died lvl 1, later destroyed her. Then played Wukong vs another Fiora and wanted to kms. I've never been so helpless, you basically don't do enough dmg and she has no cd and mana costs compared to you.
