Supp Taliyah vs supp Brand

Whenever i play mid i usually handle rather well, i rush an early and with 's health followed by and and i never have any trouble surviving his burst.

But whenever i'm faced against him botlane it's a complete disaster, he just counters everything that i do, and i can't afford building the tankiness required to survive his damage when i have to buy support items.

Of course the obvious choice would be to not pick a into a support, especially since is a subpar support, but there was a Rakan on the enemy team so i assumed the was mid.

He just counters everything that i do, i can't poke, and even when i do i can't unleash a whole Q otherwise i become an easy target for his Q, he outdamages me, outrange me, and does whatever i can offer as a support better than i do. And even if his Q is on cooldown and i try to make a play, the damage from the rest of his kit plus his adc's damage is enough to kill me outright unlike mid when i face him alone.

As i said i usually handle him well mid, but as a support Taliyah i have no idea how to handle him and would consider him 's biggest counter in the botlane. He just shuts me down completly.
