Since nobody is talking about the Miss Fortune and Quinn "Reworks", I will.

The only reason the MF rework should be called as such is due to the gw removal "rework". I'm pretty sure i'm like one of the 100 non bronze counters people who actually played them before this rework. That was back when only 3 of MFs spells had AP scaling,remember that? I played her back then.

  1. Her passive is dumb,really it is. It's only useful on her Q and very rarely will you get it to work at full potential. It also has no scaling and can do as much as her AD. This now makes her very weak outside of lane and in 1v1 duels compared to in lane.

2)Her Q is now crazy good and/or bad. After the Q range nerf its been generally hard to land at max potential. However said max potential is ridiculous, with the passive applied its basically 600 damage flat. The on hit effect part was never maximised cuz honestly no one gives a shit about it.

  1. Oh look her W is her old passive wow lol. The attack speed boost is nice,but guess what its based on? That dumb passive.

4)Her E and R are basically untouched,except her ult can now Crit and has no W passive to apply. well its the crit meta,whats to be expected.

What happened to her strongest feature? (No,not her ultimate,the old W passives) She still has to channel that ultimate? She has TWO useless passives now? So what I see is that shes now Yasuo x Irelia in that she gets stronger around your minions and even stronger if you're behind a low one. Falls off drastically outside lane though,due to no real passive. Even the 20 magic damage on her W helped more than this passive. Feels like the least of the adc reworks.

Quinn however did get an actual rework.

1)Her passive got buffed. 2)Her Q now applies her passive (which i wanted to ask for,but it felt greedy) and has an execute with reset. 3) Her ult is now channeled with very little cd.

the cons though... She no longer has 1 of the 2 blinds in the game, THE ONE BLIND AND POLYMORPH IN GAME IS REDUCED BY TENACITY BUT THE HUNDREDS OF KNOCKUPS ARENT Her ulti does very little damage,can no longer execute,and now gives only movespeed and is cancelled upon dealing damage and now horifically slowed upon taking damage.

So in the end... Her Q has an execute and reset? Her ultimate has no cooldown and gives mobility? Champs with kits like these are... Nidalee Jayce Pantheon not adcs. ADCs get a huge power spike at level 6 minus sivir who gets attack speed. Don't get me wrong, i'm not essentially saying the rework is bad ,however if riot was planning to make her a better ADC, they failed. I honestly loved her previous kit,all it needed was to apply her passive on dat Q. Shes just not the same anymore and many others do her job better, I sadly say i won't be playing her anymore. spoke my mind,ready for the downvotes.

Quin has never been like other ADC. the fact that she was changed was for the better. she is actualy pretty OP right now and her movement on her ult is straight out cancer. There is no escape from a Quin while she is ulted. By the time you react and eater do a AA or a spell-cast she will be eater right in front of you or will simply dodge it.

MF is good. I played agains and with them and she has her spot.

I don't want to get too much in detail but i know changes can be frustrating.

Shes stronger but no one gives a shit cuz anyone does her job better. Escaping her ult is easy really,just as before. land a spell. She actually gets slowed now.

Okay, I feel entitled to respond to this thread, as I played MF before the minor rework, and before the most recent one.

MF's Passive is actually very useful, especially in fights she gets the drop on. The Love Taps does a very good burst, pretty much double shot without the on hit. Furthermore, it helps her last hit, and when you get that critical double up the enemies are surely going to feel that.

Her Strut is fine as an ability. Large attack speed, and it refreshes itself when you dps other targets. After finishing a Bullet Time, she goes in with that mega attack speed to clean up, hitting targets and keeping it.

Make It Rain got 200 more cast range, which is very helpful. I'm finally able to cast it to get the slow, helping chase.

Bullet Time finally does the damage it deserves. Sure I have to channel it, but its the risk reward. You drop it on your teams CC and watch them melt. I get it to deal 4k damage on average, on a full ult. Having a team built around her is where she will shine.

These changes are actually a bit over the top right now. She is 2nd strongest adc in the game. I see no issue with this current state. She is a wombo combo queen, and she reflects that purpose. Her autos are supposed to be spread out, and they hurt like hell when they are.

How can one person be so wrong about a champion? First off MF's Ult wasn't untouched, it was buffed like crazy.

With 100 AD, before the rework, MF could deal 598 damage with her ult with 1 point in R. Post rework she can deal 900. With 3 points in R and 250 AD, she used to be able to deal 1540 max damage with her ult. Now she'll 3000 damage. This is all taking into consideration that she has 0 AP and her current ult isn't critting. So I guess max damage on her ult with 250 AD, 3 points in R, and IE, her max damage would come out to 3900.

Lets look at impure shot.

It would require 4 auto attacks of impure shot before you damaged at the same AD ratio as one Love Tap if your Love Tap only hits for 60%AD. If your Love Tap hits for 100%AD it would take 6 hits of Impure shot to give you an effect of dealer 120%AD. Now, if you use Doubleup properly, you can auto-q-auto and if your Doubleup hits a second target you get two procs of Love Tap within the span of 2 auto attacks. This gives her a metric shit ton more burst damage than before. It would literally take 8 auto attacks of impure shot (with 5 stacks max) to equal the max AD ratio of two Love Taps. Love Tap is way better now than Impure Shot was.

Her Strut Passive

Her old move speed passive used to stack faster, but if she was hit by anything she would lose all of her MS. Now, when she hits enemies with Love Tap it stacks onto her movespeed passive by X seconds. So she doesn't lose her MS instantly anymore. Not only that, her movespeed is also increased to 100 at max rank. Prior her passive was capped at 70.

Her AS active

Her attack speed passive used to be 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60% given various levels. Now it's 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120%. Albeit only lasts half as long. So it's tripled at level 1 and doubled at level 6. This means she can take towers faster and has to spend less time attacking towers due to how long her AS buff lasts for during sieges. Also, because her W gives her strut, only costs 30 mana, and everyone takes a point in it first now. She can give great leashes for the jungler. Besides that, it gives better burst and better chance of killing enemies if and when they jump on you.

So tell me more about how shitty MF is right now when she's getting played 4.5 times more in Plat + and her winrate in Plat + jumped by 4%.

You very obviously don't have a clue on what the new Miss Fortune is. Not only does she have a pretty high play rate, but she has one of the highest damage outputs for ADCs and one of the highest win rates in the game.

Well at least you know you are going to get downvoted, in here you can't say a champ isn't viable even if you give reasons because they ALL are gonna downvote you to the ground, same for the Morde rework.

never said they aren't viable. well quinn yes,shes not a viable adc anymore cuz lack of real ulti. MF however got a huge popularity and winrate spike,pretty sure thats cuz no one was ever used to playing against a MF. MF however drastically falls off after lane.

Quinn is a better jungler than a laner, and now even more with the changes for her Q in the PBE, as it will stop the monsters from attacking.
