Can the mana cost of Evelynn's Q scale lower?

Yes im a dirty main boohoo you hate invisibility i get it anyways..

Can you like lower the cost to 30 or 25 max rank and not have it at 36? its sorta stupid that from power farming alone mid game i should be running out of mana this fast like its ridiculous im not gonna wonder off to activate the passive when something can happen any sec and the team needs me. You might think the cost is low but over time of spamming Q it just drains her mana and given how weak it is like you must get hit by it several times to actually see the difference on a champions health just please consider lowering the mana cost on Q or buffing her mana regen , mana per lvl etc.

This buff is argued towards her mid - late ish game more of a quality of life buff please consider..

doesnt her passive give her 2% missing mana back per second while stealth or something like that? shes pretty mana efficient from what i remember, aslong as you play her correctly.

First, Eve's stealth is a Camouflage. Second, you shouldn't really call yourself a "main" with this kind of "balance".

what she needs isn't to have less mana costs on her Q but an actual Ult that belongs to an assassin and not a diver/tank. She also needs to actually have an unified damage source. Her E and Q dealing two different types of damage doesn't help her in the slightest and just makes her feel awkward to play as

Eve's gameplay revolves around being invisible and jump scaring people to death(second only to Fiddle).

If "something can happen any sec and the team needs me." is actually true, then you shouldn't be powerfarming, you should be nearby and, preferably, invisible. By mid game it is only 4-5 seconds(less then mobi boots, and as a support I feel those tend to activate quite quickly). Seeing as Eve has very little that she can do outside her q range, and people tend to kill on sight(unless you are obnoxiously fed), being invisible is the only way you can realistically get close enough to do your work. So tell me Eve main, why are you so against utilizing your favorite champion's passive? Especially since it solves the exact problem you are complaining about!

Additionally, try building mana. Mana synergises with her passive and offsets the cost of her q quite nicely.

Why would you need to build mana if u get free regen+bonus from passive+talisman regen for just walking around when not in combat?????????????

Because according to OP, walking around with the passive active is too hard or not helpful or something, and I was suggesting an alternative route to fixing his problem outside using his mains built in solution.
