Take the small ones to pad your CS numbers, idgaf. But leave the big one for your jungler. The smite buff is worth more than the gold. It's way too powerful to waste just because you want an extra 60g. Leave it alone.

Personally I don't even touch my jungle unless my jungler isn't ganking or taking objectives, because then they're just consuming gold and experience without applying it to the team through map pressure, and it could be better used.

If they're on the other side of the map doing something like taking scuttle, ganking, etc., they're not taking camps, so if you take one it'll almost certainly reset by the time they come back. If they're farming up it's because they need those resources to contribute at a later time. Taking a jungler's camps while they're farming is like taking the wave out from under a laner. It's a big, toxic, "fuck you" just because you think you're better than them.

99% of the time, if a jungler in any league higher than bronze isn't having, it's because his laners wouldn't know how to set up, prepare for, or react to a successful ganking scenario even if the instructions were carved into their own arm. The other 1% are the Udyr mains who haven't figured out Feral Flare is gone.
