Yay, yet ANOTHER champion which hard counters Karthus!

Holy shit Riot, can we please rework Karthus at this point? Between the insane mobility every champion has been getting and on-demand ways to mitigate or completely negate damage, he's really hard to do well with nowadays if you're not significantly better than your opponents and they don't suck at their champions (or at using Stopwatch).
