Nautilus has below 50% win rate and health items are all being nerfed, yet he is being nerfed too?

I just don't get it. Sometimes I feel like I'm not playing the same game as everybody else.

Tanks never should have been doing damage. Their role is to soak damage and cause disruption... and a Mage's role is to deal burst damage and be easy to kill. At the moment Tanks tank and deal bursts of damage.

It's not that tanks shouldn't be able to deal damage (being a CC bot would make them easier to ignore and there's no point in soaking damage if you can't make them attack you) but rather their damage shouldn't be so reliable.

If tanks didn't do damage, they could only function as supports in lane.

How do you think shen mains feel right now

Shen is more reliant on health items than any other top laner. At least Nautilus is packed with CC and slows and knockups.

His E damage is really reliable and they want to cut back on reliable damage from tanks.

the health items Nautilus builds aren't even being touched an he has likes to run Stoneborn Pact as is.

Maybe they will compensate with a w buff? Maybe i am incorrect I don't have a reliable way to check but it seems like last time he was touched they nerfed his W and gave him a buff in his E.

It's the same with Shen. He's getting nerfed and at the same time so is his health items that he scales with and highly dependent on.
