rework jax?

Without trying to rant too much on why he's overpowered, which he is.

Why hasn't he received a rework yet? One of the only champs with a terrible model. His lore literally being "this weird op alien showed up and started kicking names and taking ass" and all of his abilities are just boring and plain compared to league now. Like. Yeah hover your mouse over people and do damage. Everything is click land since his skillshot is ya boi. He's just a ball of stats. Kind of like irelia. Who is now a monster for other reasons but at least you still have to be decent to play her.

Idk what to do to him but him literally just being a walking chunk of damage that is almost impossible to escape and his only counterplay being "lol 1v4 me" But he lacks counterplay because there's nothing to play against.

There's no skillshot to dodge, it's almost impossible to dodge the E since he'll just leap on you and most top laners don't have dis-engage.

Jayce is decent against him but becomes irrelevant later. And fiora might as well be a god if you can play her nothing can beat you.

Give this man the sion treatment. But keep him out of bot lane. That is now for mages.

Get ready for the jax mains to defend him.

There are far more bigger issues than Jax in the game, Jax was fine for a long time before Essence Reaver became a thing, after that suddenly everyone cries about him being OP. I get that Jax is a pretty faceroll champion in lower elos, but higher up there are people who know how to play against him, and are not complaining about him. If you feel Jax has no counterplay, play him for a couple games in top lane and you'll realise there is a ton of stuff that can make life hard for him.

That being said they are looking to do same tier of a update on him like Ezreal, a visual update with a small gameplay update but they are looking to keep him pretty similar to keep his identity.

One of the only? W8 what? Are you crazy? There is champs who need rework more then Jax.. Like Udyr, Shyvana, Volibear...

If Jax is broken then what is Riven?... Jax can leap on you once every couple of sec in LATE game... You said one of problems is " you can't escape ".. So how can you escape from Riven then?

Jax is brusier he is not spell caster combo champ.. So no he dosen't need skill shots.. Just like Garen, Trynda, Yi, Xin ( you can say W is skillshot but ing you cast that from meele range in 70% of time so you can't rly miss ), Renekton, Wukong, Nasus...

Bigger problem is champs WHO SHOULD get skill shots like Pantheon, Viktor, Annie, Teemo, Alistar..

Jayce is not decent, Jayce can't lose to Jax... Only way Jax can beat champs like Jayce, Gnar, Kennen is by their HUGE mistakes...

And btw Jax is not Alien... He is sand troll.. ;)
