First, Vel'Koz E IS blocked by windwall; it has a little projectile that fires to the area, and that can be blocked. His W can also be blocked visually, though a bug where the actual damage and such still goes through might exist.

Second, DFG was removed because it amplified your burst by 20% in addition to doing 10% max hp. Champions had to be balanced AROUND buying dfg, and had their damage and such lowered to compensate for the fact they could at some point buy DFG.

Third, different champions. Akali has much greater single target damage and healing, Katarina has more teamfight damage and resets.

Fourth, Seeker's Armguard. Seriously, did you even ATTEMPT to learn anything or just spout out random bullshit?

Fifth, yes there is. Kat has abysmal health and health regen in addition to remarkably low bases and ratios on QWE. Tryndamere has an incredibly weak early game that relies on cheese to exist, and can easily be kited by almost everyone. Lee has weaker overall damage and has to autoattack multiple times for his energy regen to spam. Nidalee becomes melee as an incredibly squishy midlaner if she uses her cougar form.

Teemo has 363 movement speed with ONE rank in W at level 1. With rank 5 W, he has 416. That is extremely swift for someone without boots.

It Hertz When IP1 votes

BotRK is allowed to exist because the %curr. HP damage it deals is an anti-tank measure. That and unlike DFG it does NOT amplify your subsequent damage to the target.

Akali can stealth if shit goes south for her. Kat is stuck in the middle of the shitstorm without an escape.

If mana regen was fixed a bit, Zed wouldn't be quite so much a pain to face.

Teemo has decent MS, the "swift" part is more metaphorical than literal.
