All champions are different, and should be balanced accordingly.

Is Lucian up to Ezreal's level in terms of "items nerfed/removed due to this champion" yet?

Lucian's just one of those champions who's best left weak. Whenever he's not he's taking over every single botlane he's in and basically a pick/ban champ.

Wasnt he at like 42% winrate when they buffed him? I think thats deserving of a buff.

Not only did he get buffed, but the meta shifted as well as Bork buffs are why lucian is everywhere.

idk if it went under the radar. but here are the things that pushed lucian over the top

fervor giving ad. oh mana

less cast times ( now his late game is much stronger. a simple stat check shows hes MUCH MUCH stronger late game than he was last year)

the biggest two are buffs to bork ad. and his passive ad scaling. this is just the biggest tip over. his passive already applies on hits. bork has a lot of on hit damage an ad. his passive ad scaling is higher. so go figure.

its impossible for an ad champion to 1v1 lucian evenly at levels 6-11. outside of maybe xayah.

can you provide a link of where riot made that statement ?

All that needs to happen is revert his passive buffs. That's it. Bork can stay where it is.

His kit buffs weren't that amazing. It was the bork changes that pushed him over the top. BoRK is just overtuned and riot's nerf of 100 gold was a fucking joke
