Like normally is impossible for a barely mobile adc to take 1st place in 3 positions. is there a bug or something or is this because of his stats. Because it seems quite unfair

His damage is absurdly high to offset him being very slow with very low range with only two shots.

That damage might be a slight bit too high.

I dont think riot thought players will start abusing his stats that he can even jungle.

His jungle clears are more enabled by his knockback than it is by his actual DPS. That being said, The fact that he doesn't need to itemize AS and is able to focus on a single stat makes him rather easy to itemize. It may be that he needs some of his power shifted away from AD to another stat so that he needs to make a conscious decision about how to optimize. I don't think straight nerfs are the answer, though.
