She was a fucking monster for a long ass time, way too op in lower leagues any champion that dominated the low leagues and has a higher than 50% win rate above plat needs nerfed, sorry people that are complaining about this just sad because they can no longer just snowball easily just because they picked her. My bad now you guys actually have to work for it! And leave my damn adcs alone shit, nerfed Twitch, than you nerfed Ashe, than you nerf Miss Fortune like wtf assholes! Jhin over here, Ezreal and Lucian Graves Graves got his nerfs but still a few adcs hence mobile adcs that's where you guys need to be nerfing, not immobile adcs like Miss Fortune, Ashe, and Twitch!

that's considered an unintentional nerf and still didn't effect their gameplay too bad as they still are incredibly strong in many ways.
