Vladimir Rework Idea
P: Transfusion: Dealing damage to champions with Blood Spike leaves behind pools of blood underneath them for 60 seconds. Blood pools can be absorbed to heal by walking over them or from using Hemoplague or procing Blood Vessels. The heal amount is based on the duration Blood Spike was charged for. Larger pools of blood mean more healing, smaller mean less.
Q: Blood Spike: Vladimir launches a nova of blood forward in a straight line that pierces through all targets and deals damage . Vladimir can charge this ability over 3 seconds to increase the damage but also the health cost. Cooldown: 3 Range: 850
W: Sanguine Pool: Functions the same but no longer heals. Movement speed is a bit higher as well. Cooldown: 18
E: Blood Altar: Vladimir launches a blob of blood at a target location that coagulates after 1.25 seconds rooting all targets within for 1 seconds and marking them with Blood Vessel for 4 seconds . Blood Vessels hit by Blood Spike during this time instantly proc transfusion at range and heal Vladimir. Cooldown: 12 Range: 900
R: Hemoplague: Infects all targets in the aoe with a blood plague that increases the damage they take by 10%. After 4 seconds Vladimir absorbs all blood pools instantly and all targets infected take damage based on the number of blood pools absorbed.
