If only there was a way to tell whether you were actually queue'd in Dynamic

Like I'm sitting here for about 10 minutes waiting for this queue to pop when i just got done with a game. The first game popped like 1 minute into the queue, 2nd game 10 minute wait. There's not a single game they can match me with in as jungle/top? Or is it not actually queue'd and i'm doomed to sit here until I give up and play something else.

edit: closed game, requeue'd, queue popped in a minute.
