So this item works on every single adc, besides ez. 73 total attack speed 53 total ad and 74 ap and the little on hit damage . Last time I checked that's a pretty good item, not to mention one of the most gold efficient items in the game and yes people who use twitch it will double strike your passive and ult.....

ForFoxSakes1 votesmost ADC champ on hit abilities cap at 5 (varus, twitch) and by that time you're already at max before the rageblade ramp us is maxed. You want rageblade for the additional on hit effect, otherwise you're better off with something else that gives crit or lethality. If you have no on hit as base then the item's passive is wasted

Fervor was pretty bad before the secondary buffs, so... and they're doubled for melees.
Keep in mind that Rageblade has to be relatively weak so Jax and Kayle don't abuse them, and Jax and Kayle don't seem to be broken as of right now.
Also, 6 autos is pretty long. With 2.00 AS that takes 3 seconds, which isn't worth it compared to other items.
