lets talk promotional series

so after my 6th fail promo series in the last 2 days iv wondered why exactly are they there? i mean does anyone actually feel good when they finish a promo series or just releaved that they ditn get afk's/trolls in there games and are finally moveing up. yes moveing up in rank feels great but promo series are NOT a enjoyable experience considering how much rides on your next 2 possibly 3 games. they block your ability to climb the ranked ladder with what is basicly pure luck on who you get matched with the next couple games. litteraly any time iv gotten to a promo series while climb i felt pure dread due to haveing to hope that my luck manages to win out and now more than ever consdiering howmany angry toxic players are going into ranked just to make others lose because they arnt getting end of season rewards.

people always say "if your good you'll climb regadless" while there is some truth in that its a TEAM GAME meaning if you are suddenly down a teammate your at a dissadvantage unless you and the rest of your team are extreamly fed.

this has been a slighlty salt induced rant about promo series
