But if you get outplayed it doesn't mean that the champion is over powered or broken. I feel like this is the case 50% of the time when someone complains. If not more.

If that champion has 18 ways to outplay you, each doing a shitton of dmg while most champions have 5 at most; then yes, they are OP.

And getting 100-0 from fog of war because your champion doesn't have a dash or 600 movespeed to react to the missile speed is dumb. It was dumb with Nidalee and it's even dumber with Zoe who has lower cooldowns and zoning cc.

I disagree with here because there are mobile champs like Leblanc and immobile champs like Veigar . And both are of course very strong. So it's only natural that Leblanc can outplay in a ton of different ways. I see a lot of peopel complaining about Zoe , but Jayce can do just about as much dmg given time.

I've played kog'maw and it's hard to play him vs a cc team. Especially those with pulls.

its very outplay worthy when the ornn top and the khazix jungle dive u for the 5th time and get out without taking shit for damage because ornn has full tank and 7 seconds of cc packed into his kit.

so... what you are saying is that the enemy jungler with no CC camped a lane that he could easily gank for and beat you in a 2v1 scenario? ofc the tank is not going to take much damage if he is building tank and is getting ahead of you due to constant ganks. The same would apply to any single other tank + high damage jungler combination OR any other high damage top laner + tank jungler combination

Well you can say that they are overpowered but in another meaning. In the meaning that there is nothing you can do. For example, yasuo vs everyskillshotreliantchamp. Yasuo has tremendous power/control over the lane. Its only natural to feel cheated.

everytime i play against leona I can only be surprised at how skilled the enemy laner is by diving me level 2 with 130 armor from aftershock. must be really hard to press e and q then take 11 turret shots right

I'm not saying that there aren't broken things about the game. Of course there are broken things. Aftershock is for sure a problem.
