I feel that vi is way too weak in this meta. Can we have her ult stun the target for 3 seconds please? She barely has any CC, all she has is a knock up/gap closer every 5 seconds and a slow with smite. And please take away the skillshot on her ult. Make it point and click please, it's way too hard to land.
