Enemy Fizz in my lane got 4 kills on a level 1 invade and I can no longer even enter lane

What the fuck is the intended counterplay to this, Riot?

A level 1 invade should not make a game a completely unwinnable clusterfuck

4 kills? thats like 1.2k gold.Seems fine to me.

Well if you give away 4 kills to a level 1 invade it should be pretty difficult to come back from. Especially when all of those kills go to one person that also happens to be an assassin. It could be worse though, could have been Talon or Zed getting them.

'It's okay that an event that happened 2 minutes into the game turns the remaining 13 minutes into a complete waste of time with no chance of coming back' ???

There are ways of preventing level 1 invades or minimizing their effects. What do you expect to happen when an assassin gets 1.3k gold at the start of the game?

I'm not sure how this is an important conversation

You can't just feed an assassin 4 kills at lv 1 and except to be able to come back without being really good, or having someone on the enemy team feed. That just isn't realistic. You gave a Fizz at level 1 1.3k gold and almost 460 experience. Clearly your team couldn't prevent themselves from being absolutely slaughtered that early in the game, so you probably would have lost without that Fizz invade. Snowball is overpowered, but in this instance you deserved to get absolutely destroyed throughout the rest of the game.

All it means is you are playing from behind so start building an MR and look for mistakes. as a mage i would just farm heavy, get two dorans and item 3802 then immediately go into an mr item. If he is still at 4 kills then item 3102 , if he has somehow racked up even more kills then item 3001 for the HP+MR. The weakness to AP assassins in general is they tend to build a item 3135 pretty late in their build which means getting a bit of MR shuts down their ability to burst you outright and forces them to skirmish with you which most AP assassins cannot do well(most not all but even then skirmishes happen if u fight them which you shouldn't be doing unless you have a massive advantage in some way).

The real problem it presents is that you have to hope your other lanes wins but you should still be able to survive that lane.
