Nerf Rod of Ages

Rod of Ages is kind of needed for short range casters so that they have a chance to live in engagements, but it is ALSO a great item for AP bruisers/tanks. Cho without RoA is going to have a hard time; Maokai without RoA isn't going to be able to keep relevant poke throughout the game.

Honestly though, Malz and Annie, if they get kicked into your team and are not immediately destroyed, it is a problem with focus fire, or they burned Flash. Ult for a Flash is a good trade.
