It's beyond boring. I've just started playing nothing but shen, and filling. Top? Shen. Jg? Shen. Support? Shen. Mid? Shen. ADC? Shen.
then i just kinda afk push the lane, and watch as everyone else plays the game, and just ult when needed, because i'm totally helping guys...

This isn't an issue with the ELO.
The game is just damage-creeped to hell and back at the moment.
There are nerfs to damage amplification in masteries and Lethality on the PBE at the moment, so hopefully those will help.
