He is totally un-interactive to lane agaisnt
His turrets are cheap cost wise, quickly restock, and deal too much damage, go in to farm CS? his turrets will poke you or he will use stun bomb or eat missiles to the face
Remind me why he has high hp regen again?

Just look at Anvia, Yi, nidalee, EZ, gragas... and the fact he has nothing but map pressure and absolutely can not snowball a lead if you are somewhat competent. He is a safe champ for low elo but otherwise might need a rework to actually be able to do something. And BTW I've played well over 100 games with him so yeah that's saying something
