One level above. He has a Spellthief, Lost Chapter, Hextech Revolver, a Dorans Ring and Sorc boots. I have a Null-Magic Mantle in hopes I don't die. I get O V E R K I L L E D. If he didn't even need ignite to do that then there's a problem somewhere.
