extreme delay lag with new hud.

idk if its just me, but ever since the new hud went live in ranked i not only get this bug with my inventory glitching, but i also get delay lag in my movements and skills. skills or movement doesnt register till a full 1-2 seconds later and sometimes i cant even see skills period. i ulted a f ew times as GP and there was zero animation or effects. the same goes for enemy skill animations and effects. its still goes off, just visually its invisible which is annoying, especially when you just instantly see a mega gnar pop out of nowhere because his transformation and jump animation isnt shown.

just wondering if anyone else is having this problem.
