Is Knight's Vow overnerfed now?

I've tried it on WW and Mundo a few times. It feels really lackluster now. I think they should increase the cost slightly and make it worth building outside of just the support role. It used to have 400 HP and now it has 250. It's no longer slot efficient outside of support.

I'd say they pigeonholed it into support at this point.

Its still too strong.

Support itemization is too broken.
