The lethality changes on the pbe are a massive buff to mages in the laning phase, as ad assassins are being hard nerfed. I wouldn't be surprised if the games turns into 10 mages every game.

With the conqueror changes, the nerfs to lethality, and the addition of an execute on elder drake, this is looking to be the season of Katarina

These changes (and new item) make Assassins and auto attack champs BROKEN AF

Mages have no chance if this goes live.

According to Phreak, LW is better than a dirk at 60 armor, and its arpen doesn't scale with level. Which means it's a vastly superior answer to seeker's armguard.

Maybe assassins will start sitting on a LW for a while
