Tanking a dodge because someone else banned the champion i was about to ban???

I type Yasuo in the command bar to ban him, but a few seconds away from the timer limit, someone else bans him, and i'm left with not enough time to pick another ban.

Sorry but that's plain retarded, it should just have locked me a no ban, it's not like a was afk, i actively type in the chat and command bar.

I'm glad it was a norm otherwise i would have lost LP or worse a promo match.
